Quality management

Whichever service provider or software you have previously used, we will feed your existing translations and glossaries seamlessly and without data loss into our own 24|tcm and 24|term systems. You will profit from the associated quality, efficiency gains and cost savings right from the first translation. Do you need our databases and your own systems to exchange data using an automated process via an API? We will be happy to implement a solution that fits your needs. 

Document management

As with any other translation-related issue, at 24translate there is no such thing as “can’t be done”. Thanks to our very own document conversion tool, 24|xliff, we are able to work with just about any common file format. Even in the rare case that our software does fail to process a particularly unusual XML file format, our technicians are on hand to help. You send us your files and receive the translations back in the same format – saving the time and costs involved in unnecessary conversion and formatting.

Computer interface management

24translate offers its customers a whole range of plug-ins for automated order placement directly from CM, PIM or DAM systems. Admittedly, even we do not have a ready-made solution for every conceivable system – the variety available on the software market is far too great for that. However, we are committed to finding a feasible solution for our customers in every single case. Where, for example, there are no existing interfaces built in to your CMS, we will show you alternatives for the convenient import and export from these systems by way of third-party plug-ins, or develop new, individual interfaces on your behalf. We will also be at your side with advice and support during the installation of our existing plug-ins and will be happy to communicate directly with the (web) agencies involved if you wish us to do so.

Workflow management

In our experience, most companies aim to keep as many of their existing structures as possible when they transfer their established internal processes to a new, digital solution. Be it the placing of new translation orders, the review and evaluation of translation services, or during invoicing and management reporting: we will meet our customers’ need for individual, customised solutions. Where required our customers will, for example, be given access to individually configured customer portals, or receive (software) support for the illustration of complex validation processes involving several parties.
